Offensive cigarette odors in every room of the hotel resulting in customer
complaints.
Solution
Specially designed Odor Stop® filter brackets were placed in conjunction
with the existing air conditioning system in each room behind the dust filter.
The installation was done by the hotel's maintenance staff.
Results
Leon Delean, Chief Hotel Engineer said since the installation of the Odor
Stop® filters, "There has been a dramatic change in the air quality of
our suites. The elimination of offensive odors, especially cigarette odor was
our main objective. Furthermore, the elimination of cigar odor was an added
plus. This innovative product has achieved the air quality that Grand Casino
